Alec Liberman - president
Alec graduated from the University of Maine with a Degree in History and a language concentration in Arabic. Upon graduation he commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in The United States Marine Corps. After 4 years of active service that included two deployments to Afghanistan and promotion to Captain, Alec ended his active service and started his own personal training business. In 2016 Alec opened On Target Fitness, a functional training gym in Portsmouth, NH where he currently trains clients along with his team of coaches.

Jonathan Day - Vice President
I could not have been more thrilled to join the Craniocervical foundation (CCF) board and am excited leverage my marketing, nonprofit, and military experience to help build this organization. I have service experience on two local nonprofit boards, serve as the executive director of local nonprofit, and am the development director at a local digital marketing agency. I am an Officer in the US Air Force Reserve, and a veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Upper cervical chiropractic care has made such a positive impact in my life, and I am proud to help deliver that care to our veterans and underserved populations.
Ryan Pope - TreasureR
Ryan Pope is a Branch Manager and Mortgage Lender with Kennebunk Savings Bank with over 8 years of experience in retail banking and consumer lending. He attended both the University of New Hampshire and the United States Military Academy at West Point where he studied Russian History. In addition to CCF, Ryan also serves on the boards of the Portsmouth Symphony Orchestra and as Treasurer for Fair Tide in Kittery.

Javi KalbacK - Outreach Director
Upper cervical care has made such a big impact in my life and, because of this, I am incredibly excited to be able to be part of an organization that provides the same life-changing opportunity to others. My background is in Computer Science, and I currently work as an IT Project Manager at Liberty Mutual. Additionally, I own two local businesses (Blueberry Fields Photography and the Portsmouth Escape Room) and most recently started the Seacoast Women Business Owners Networking group. I am passionate about helping others and look forward to giving back to the community. I hope my varied background will be helpful to the Craniocervical Foundation (CCF) and I am very excited to be part of the board.
Mychal Beebe DC DCCJP - Executive DIrector
Dr. Beebe attended undergraduate school at the University of New Hampshire, and then chiropractic college at Life Chiropractic College West in San Francisco. After practicing for five years in Seattle Washington she has co-founded Areté Chiropractic and the Craniocervical Foundation in Portsmouth New Hampshire.
"I believe healing is a process that requires a holistic understanding of the connection between body, mind, nutrition, and exercise. I enjoy working with patients who play an active role in their health care to achieve their unique goals. Most important in achieving those goals is an authentic communication grounded in trust and honesty. This will not only help with acute care but also provide access to support and motivate people in creating a healthy, active life beyond illness."
Tyler Evans DC DCCJP - co-founder
Dr. Evans graduated from Ball State University in Indiana , Life Chiropractic College West in San Francisco and after practicing for 4 years in Seattle Washington is excited to have co-founded both Areté Chiropractic and The Craniocervical Foundation in the Seacoast of New Hampshire. It is his life’s passion to help guide others on their journey to increase health and understand their body better.
HAYDEN ORME - secretary
Hayden graduated from Northeastern University with a B.A. in International Affairs with a concentration in Public Health. During University, she worked as an EMT and also sailed competitively. Hayden worked aboard private boats both as racing and delivery crew, ran a sailing school, and has her 50 ton Captain's license. She went on to run the New England division of a Boston-based yacht charter company before returning to the healthcare industry, working for Partners Healthcare, Novartis in the Vaccines & Diagnostics division, and she supported the Chairman and CEO of the McKesson Corporation. Hayden has now launched her own consulting business during 2019 in Portsmouth, NH.
